Ben Ready is a founding Director of Villain Designs and established the company in 2005. Ben joined Crook Publicity, Villain Designs' sister company, in 2003 following a number of years reporting on some of Australia's largest companies for Australian Associated Press and some of the largest companies in Europe as an equities reporter for Dow Jones Newswires in London. He has nearly 15 years' experience as a journalist, public relations and communications professional. He manages a team that services an extensive portfolio of large public companies and dynamic SMEs. Extensive experience in capital markets reporting for some of the world's leading news agencies gives him particular expertise in the public company and funds management sectors. Ben has a strong understanding of investor and corporate imperatives, allowing him to provide valuable counsel to a diverse range of clients on matters ranging from corporate branding and positioning to intensive investor relations campaigns. At Villain he works closely with the General Manager and the creative design team to ensure clients' expectations are met on every project.
